This is what I did today, wokeup at 10:30 and ate cheerio's with 1 cup of organic milk, at 1 went running, 1/2 mile continuously, little break 1 more lap and then sprinted 8 100 yards. then walked1/4 of a mile, I cant come at 4 and ate 1 1/2 peices of healthy sourdogh bread with 4 peices of sliced turkey- not the nasty preservative filled ones and then ate 1 cup of apple sauce and 50 sunflower seeds.
I left before I had a chancee to eat lunch

There are few more variables to take into consideration. I.e. your height/weight, what kind of shape you're in, frequency of exercise, normal calorie intake, etc. With that said, what you listed sounded like it was a healthy choice of foods, however it did seem like fairly small portions. How do you feel after you exercise? If you are feeling weak and lightheaded, you are probably needing some more carbs. Make sure you are drinking enough water. You may also want to consider drinking some sort of sports drink to replenish your electrolytes. You should also consider more fruits and vegetables. Please note: when you exercise and then do not eat, your body will produce more cortisol which prompts fat storage. Your best bet is to eat small meals every two to three hours (boosts your metabolism). I hope this answers your question.

You need a more balanced diet. You especially need protein, and calcium in your diet. You did great as far as not eating too
much, just add a bit of calcium and protein in your diet. Keep up the good work!

In a word, yes. You are choosing good foods, but you are not eating often enough. Once in awhile however, it is okay; we all eat too much nowawadays, anyway.
