I mean think about if ur cooking like everday....that takes electricity as well...so you can't just consider the price you pay for the food...electric bills can get high...I would think it would only be cheaper to eat at hom if you have a big family! and if you eat leftovers then yeah u save money! cause ur spending alot more money basically its like times how many ppl u have at ur house.....

Mine was breakfast and I was visiting my aunt and uncle in Croatia.
My uncle made this tomato and egg breakfast. Home grown tomatos made into some sauce and eggs sort of scrambles with crusty bread. OMG the best!!!

So my stepdad was really big in boy scouts, and he would always get us the boy scout popcorn. It was so good! by far the best popcorn I have ever had....

Well unfortunately, he passed away about 2 years ago from cancer.

I was wondering where to get that popcorn again, he was the only place we got it from, and none of the kids sell it in front of grocery stores any more.

I live in southern california, by the way.

A self proclaimed know-it-all friend of mine seems to think OJ does the trick. I've told him several times that milk always works the best for me. I've tried bread that never seems to work.

I buy everything from Walmart. Except their beef. I live near a Food Lion (gross store, amazing steaks and hamburger!) and must buy meat there because WMs is so...it's just gross. What do they do to it??

I usually buy pasta(no, not Easy Mac), bread, eggs, ham and cheese, water, granola(or granola bars) and save the leftover money for next week. I also look out for sales. I want to cook inexpensive things without breaking the bank...any suggestions?

We bought the Hershey's Smores Maker and have never used it because we can't find a small enough can of chafing fuel. It absolutely has to be 2.6 ounces.

I know the bag always says, "This side up" but why do you have to put it that side up? One I forgot to put it the right side up and it burnt, leaving an acrid smell and a charred bag of popcorn. How come it only works on one side and what is the sciene (if there is any) behind it?

We leave em in the lil box they came in, I did not know chickens were so orderly!! And as we use one we put the shell in the egg box and throw all of it away when its full.

I plan on making italian chicken and with it i wanted to make noodles w/ cucumbers and tomoatoes....with either oil and red wine vinegar or should i just do it with italian dressing to keep it consistent with the marinade? Does this seem like a bad idea?

I'm not a coffee drinker (although I love the taste) simply because I don't think it's a healthy habit. But I can see why people rely on it. Since I started my college courses again, I'm finding that my energy dips after two hours in science (where my eyes get all heavy), and I still have to go another 2 hours for lab.

Soooo, I need some coffee to help me out. But I was wondering, is there any way to make the coffee more effective? Maybe drinking it pure OR adding all the good stuff to it? Will instant coffee be the same?
