Yes I would, I am told it is very similar to Corned Beef or Spam.

Of course. Just another cut of lean beef. Did you know that in the old West part of the reason that the buffalo nearly became extinct was the demand for the tongue? With no refrigeration meat was commonly salted as a preservative. The tongue was the right size to allow salting to be effective. Buffalo hunters took the hide and tongue and left the rest to rot.

Yep, and i do regularly. It is cut thin and is a very tender, tasty meat and totally delicious. Its perfect for sandwiches, and good with a little mustard..

People eat all sorts of parts of various animals..if you'd happily eat a nice big juicy ox steak...then whats the big deal about a little bitty ox tongue?
