I didn't have any dinner this evening and obviously it is too late to eat one (and I not that hungry for a big meal). I would prefer a snack as opposed to a packet of crisps/biscuits/chocolates/sweets ie anything junk...what could I have?

I though the "Enriched Flour" (Bleach) perserved the white bread. Now that I'm buying organic, my bread lasts longer without getting moldy. So, why does this happen?

I've noticed of late that the ice cream in my freezer is soft, but everything else is frozen. This has happened with the ice cream in different spots in the freezer too.

I put a thermometer in the freezer and checked it a few times - about 19F each time.

When I put the ice cream in the other freezer I have - attached to the fridge - it freezes normally.

Thoughts?
