I get hungry during the day at work, and since I don't have a lunch break I have to rely on small snacks to curb my hunger and keep me energized. I want to eat healthier snacks because nowadays I'm eating small bags of chips and fun size candy bars which aren't good to be eating every day. I'd like to have healthy snacks, but the only things I can think of (like celery, yogurt, etc) have to be kept cold! Do you have any ideas on some easy and HEALTHY snacks that don't require refrigeration?
