1/3 cup Louisiana hot sauce
6 Tbsp. butter
1 packet of Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix.
Melt the butter with the hot sauce, whisk in the dressing mix until dissolved.
I swear by this recipe, don't leave out that dressing mix!

I just throw em in the oven with Stubbs Hot Wing Sauce. It's yummy and very very spicy! Also has a different flavor from Frank's RedHot, which gets boring after awhile.

Flour them.
Fry them in 1/4 inch of hot oil.
Saturate them with melted butter and Tabasco.
Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
