I get hungry during the day at work, and since I don't have a lunch break I have to rely on small snacks to curb my hunger and keep me energized. I want to eat healthier snacks because nowadays I'm eating small bags of chips and fun size candy bars which aren't good to be eating every day. I'd like to have healthy snacks, but the only things I can think of (like celery, yogurt, etc) have to be kept cold! Do you have any ideas on some easy and HEALTHY snacks that don't require refrigeration?

I wouldn't worry about refrigerating celery & carrot sticks for a couple of hours, they'll be fine.
Also crackers, you can get ones that are baked, low salt/fat etc.Granola bars (healthy ones, not little kid ones with chocolate and all that). Rice crackers are great too. Just be sure not to get the ones with artificial flavoring all over it.
Fruits are great for mid-day energy snacks, anything like an apple a pear or even a banana, great for energy & good for you.

This is really worth it if you're willing to do a bit of work: Take a can of chickpeas the night before. Drain and rinse. Toss them with a little olive oil and salt. Spread them out on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 400F for about 40 minutes, stirring them around every 10 minutes or so. Take them out when they're crunchy. You can pop them in a Ziploc bag when they cool down and eat them throughout the following day. No refrigeration required. They're delicious and crunchy, like corn nuts, and you can add whatever spices you like before roasting. You can also just snack on raw nuts or make a trail mix of nuts, dried fruit, cereal, pumpkin seeds, etc.

100 Calorie Packs, they come in lots of varieties from Chex Mix to Oreos to Pringles you could also use Smart Pop popcorn, (if your company has a microwave) SBD (South Beach Diet) has some really good snack bars. Or take a lunch box with an ice pack that should keep your cold snacks cool for the day.

you wouldn't believe how good these are. you can use any nuts you want. i prefer cashews and pecans. get them roasted, but unsalted in the bulk section of your store. if you like them a little spicier (my dh does), just add a bit more cayenne.
Rosemary Roasted Nuts
1 1/4 pounds mixed nuts
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the nuts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are warmed through. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt and butter in a large bowl. Toss the warm nuts with the rosemary mixture until the nuts are completely coated. Serve warm.

at your grocery store you can get boxes of pretzel sticks...they may seem like they are unhealthy because of the salt but they are actually healthy for you. Also at the store i found these tastycakes in different kinds that are 100 calories if you like them. They even have the chocalate cupcakes and the snack bars, and from experience they taste like the real thing.

South Beach Diet - Peanut Butter Bars are awesome... high in protein, low in bad fats.....
I also like Kashi bars.... honey almond. Eat one of those and you won't be hungry for hours....
Both stay in your purse for days... so it's a healthy snack for any emergency.
