Average ground beef is around 25-27% fat. So, in a 1/4lb serving there would be
Calories(Total):195
Calories from Fat:118

So, 1 lb comes out to 780 calories, cooked on the grill.

Depends on what kind of beef - ground round? Ground Chuck? Plain old Hamburger?
Ground sirloin is the leanest, then chuck, then ground round, then hamburger.
