I didn't have any dinner this evening and obviously it is too late to eat one (and I not that hungry for a big meal). I would prefer a snack as opposed to a packet of crisps/biscuits/chocolates/sweets ie anything junk...what could I have?

how about a peanut butter and banana sandwich? they are a powerhouse mix and to wash it all down, a nice tall cool glass of milk (i prefer the whole as opposed to the fat free or 2% or 1% milk)..or you could have a couple slices of toast with cheese whiz (kraft) and some orange juice, then there is a bowl of corn flakes with some strawberries and banana with milk, how about some beans and wieners? not too much beans tho..don't wanna go making a musical afterward (lol sorry..couldn't help it :) or a very light snack of popcorn..that always hits the spot. good luck, and hope your hunger is satisfied

I could suggest a sandwich with a filling you like or any you can get of the fridge with a bag of chrisps on the side. My favourite plus its easy to make. Or if all fails, cup noodles by just adding hot water. Good luck in getting your tummy full up.

Bowl of your favourite cereal with a banana sliced on top (if you have these to hand!). Or yoghurt, banana and honey mixed together. If none of these, try apple and cheese.

If you skipped dinner just have another one, you are missing the calories you would consume at dinner I would think of having another dinner or just anything you want

just snack on the things that u like maybe chips cookies or maybe a little bowl of ice cream and that is junk food especially the ice cream. enjoy!!!!!

One slice of toast with cream cheese & one slice with marmite. Alternate so you take one bite from each slice after each other....
