I'd like to hear from anyone who has gone a long time (year+) both eating breakfast everyday and not eating breakfast everyday. From 05-06, i had a nutrigrain snack bar everyday for breakfast. Before and after that, I never ate breakfast, usually just some coffee and a cig.
The only difference I notice is that when I eat breakfast, I'm hungrier earlier in the day, and eat more for lunch. My energy levels are pretty much identical, and I seem to work better without it.
Anybody else?
