I caught a fish last Sunday but didn't clean it or gut it. I put it on ice immediately after i caught it and it was in the freezer about 3 hours after. Is it still good? I haven't taken it out of the freezer.

I am making lasagna for a large crowd and I am trying to cut back on time do the No Boil oven ready noodle turn out good? I have always used the noodles that you have to boil....and for some reason I am afraid that these other noodles wont cook even though the package says they will without boiling.

Did you know eating animal protein is related to heart disease?

I didn't know either, but after reading this book "The China Study" , there is no question in my mind...

Don't take my word for it, this guy is a heavyweight researcher that was funded by lot's of gov. and cancer association grants...

Animal protein is anything like dairy, meat, eggs, fish, etc.

The only protein that safe and does not relate to heart disease is from plants ( soy, beans, etc )

I am a huge fan of princes meatballs in spicy tomato sauce but i don't seem to be able to get hold of any anymore. My local ASDA and Tescos in Grimsby no longer seem to stock this product.
Is this product still availabe? If so could you please let me know where i can get some.

How do those little worm like larvae end up in my glass, sealed pasta jar? I have heard that the eggs are already in the wheat. Why does new pasta not usually have them, but old pasta gets the bugs? I have had them in boxes of pasta (Hamburger helper type boxes pasta.) I have seen them in flour also. Anyone know what’s going on with those little bugs? My mother would just scoop them out when they floated to the top of the water when she cooks the pasta. Are the safe to eat? (I’m sure they are, but here in America we tend to shy away from eating bugs.)
