Ok this is a little hard to put into written word but ill try my best.
When we sleep our bodys go into an ultra relaxed state, our muscels and organs kinda work only half as much as during the day. But our brain is still working keeping us alive.
But if we eat before we go to sleep (and it does not matter what it is) It forces the body to work digesting the food, while our brain thinks its relaxing, so it gets confussed and the signals that it sends to the body and vice versa gets interpreted by the mind as vivid dreams.

It's the milk it contains, plus it quite heavy for the stomach to digest, if you want some this to eat that contains milk try a cereal.

um..i wasn't aware of that
in that case, i must have eaten A LOT of cheese yesterday because I had awful dreams last night

i never noticed could be because its more of a dairy and dairy foods calm the body more and lets us sleep more peacefully and allows us to dream

i eat loads of cheese and in lots of my evening meals and rarely have bad dreams so i think i disproved that theory!!!!
