They are fine. The taste good and they will work well in your lasagna. They are better that the noodles you have to boil because they are more fresh than noodles you have to boil. Don't worry, you're doing a good thing. Buon appetito!

I've been using the Barilla no boil noodles for a few years now, and they're the only ones I'll use. The trick is to make sure all your noodles (even the very top layer) are covered wtih some type of sauce or cheese. If a small corner peeps out through the cheese, then it's not sitting in the spaghetti sauce and won't have anything to absorb to cook it.

These are great and save a TON of time!

Love them! They are definitely a time saver, especially if cooking in large quantities. Just make sure you layer the noodles between your sauce so they plump up while cooking. (Just follow the directions on the box). I have never had a problem with them turning out crunchy.
Only difference I have found it that they are a bit thinner than the noodles that you boil.
Go for it...Good Luck.

Personally, I don't like the no-boil ones. They're too easy to undercook and they've got a funky texture. But I have used them before and had them turn out fine, but you can just tell the difference.

Just me, but I don't like them. I don't even like the idea. How much more time does it take to boil a few noodles?

I'd like anything as long as it is actually home made not the store made or at the fast food joints these days.
