i would not recommend it. once you pull the fish from the water, its imperative that you field dress it and then ice it. the internal organs can degrade very quickly, even on ice.

When in doubt, THROW IT OUT!!!!! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING is worse than food poisioning!!!! What you'll "pay" in being sick would be much better spent getting something fresh from the market. Why take the chance? If you had dressed it out before freezing it, it would definately still be good. Good luck to you, hope that you proceed with caution....

yeah it should still be good. You've had it on ice the entire time. The problem is having to clean it out now. That's prob. not gonna be much fun.

it is still good and youcan still eat it... but it must be cleaned and gutted in the next day or so....
