I'll go with PB & J.

A deli sandwich is likely to contain condiments like mayonniase which can contribute to the fat and calorie content.

There's more meat and cheese on a deli sandwich too in relationship to the amount of peanut butter and jelly on a PB & J.

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches provide nothing but fat and calories; deli meat and cheese sandwiches are a better option because the protein content is high in this option. it would be wholesome if you have some salad along with meat/cheese sandwiches

Both are loaded with calories. Think about the peanut butter, I believe 2 Tbs. have about 190 calories, but then think about the mayonaise its loaded with fat also. I would go with the PB & J sandwich though. I have a horrible sweet tooth and I love peanut butter. Sometimes I have a PB & J sandwich for dessert.

I think it all depends on what type of meat/ cheese you get and what type of peanut butter and jelly you'd use. But I believe if you use something like smart balance peanut butter and fresh jelly on whole wheat sugar free bread that that would be healthier.

neither is healthy. Both are loaded with artificial colors, flavors, chemicals, preservatives and unhealthy fats. Freshly ground almond or cashew butter would be a better choice
