prabably at any craft supply store!or maybe you could ask your local bakery for some!

Not sure if they have that exact size, but Michaels or AC Moore sells a good variety of boxes in their cake decorating sections. I have also bought cake boxes at a good pastry shop. They have all sorts of sizes...
