I used to get them when i were younger. They were square like chewitts but green and white striped and they were spearmint flavour. 10 points !!!!!!!

It doesn't seem to be working- I've seasoned and baked, yet food sticks and is impossible to remove, so I end up washing and re-seasoning. What am I doing wrong?

What the Heck! I thought I was being healthy getting only 100% whole wheat bread. I have been reading food labels lately and on my bread it is listed about the third ingredient down. Does all bread have this it it? I was shocked! Am I just getting the wrong kind of bread?

this may seem dumb, but whenever i watch food network, eating competitions, or see food testers most of them are thin! and they are always testing the food its not like they make it and then not eat it....i wonder if they work out, but then again a lot of americans exercise but are still fatter than they are..i dont get it

I just want to point something out:

I've noticed that non-vegetarians often say "if people didn't eat meat the world would be overpopulated by animals that would have been slaughtered". Every time I read that I want to laugh.

If everyone whent vegetarian (hopefully we won't have to wait long for that to happen) it would, however, happen gradually. Slaughter houses would slaughter less and less animals so they wouldn't be overbred. There would be no "extra" farm animals. Chickens could be used to make cage free eggs and cows could still be used to make organic milk.

Then people generalize vegetarians. They think they're all mean activists. I'll make a deal with you: I will not tell you to be a vegetarian as long as you don't tell me to eat meat. Okay?

What do you think about this? What do you think about vegetarians?

When I was in high school I sorted and packed apples. Among them was an intensely maroon apple with very white flesh and an unusual but very good perfumey flavor.
I have not seen it since then. Does anyone know where I can get any? Or are they grown any more?

Since we now have zip type packaging for almost every type of processed food - WHY haven't the bacon packaging people got on the ball. I just hate the messy package that you have to slit open and then never use again. Any ideas how to MAKE them use zip type packages?
