Foods? Prunes and, apparently, pumpkin pie filling! (Pumpkins are loaded with fiber!) To drink, prune juice or fiber supplement like BeneFiber or Metamucil. Stay away from dairy-especially cheese! It will only make the problem worse!

For a short-term solution, drink a couple of cups of hot tea. You can add sugar, honey, or whatever you like. A lady I work with swears by it. Results are usually seen within a couple of hours. I've tried it and it works.

raisin bran and orange with pulp or i put fruit in the blender like banana's orange, apple's etc,, leave the skin's on and drink it
