It would depend on the candy and the fruit. But, that is not really a comparison. The reason being is that fruit and candy contain two different kinds of sugar. The candy contains processed sugar, a complex sugar that takes more for your body to process. The fruit contains simple sugar which is a lot easier for the body to process.

Depending on the candy and how much of it you eat, its probably candy over fruit.
Refined or processed sugar found in candy is worse for you.
Sugars found naturally in fruit are much healthier.

both are full of sugar, but fruit is WAY better for you because although it is pure sugar, it also has lots of vitamins and minerals, no fat, and is low in calories

candy on the other hand in addition to having a ton of sugar also has a lot of fat and carbs

a good way of thinking of it is "fruit has natural sugar (fructose), vs. candy which has artificial sugar (sucrose) --the two sugars are different and have different effects on your body

They both have sugar, but candy has un-natural, while fruits have the 'natural' sweeteners.

It's also known that fruit can satisfy candy fixes.

Good luck! :)

It depends on the fruit. For example, grapes has more sugar than chocolate.
The grapes are still healthier, of course, as they contain vitamins.

if you mean which has more sugar that's less than nutritional for you, the candy. you can't really compare the two in terms of more or less because you're comparing different kinds of sugars.
