Hi. I need to prepare lunches for my work ahead of time and have begun freezing some. I want to turn one of my days off each month into "lunch-maker day"-- a day to prepare and freeze enough sandwiches for the coming month, plus a few extra perhaps. I have made bologna and honey mustard on cuban bread, turkey and cheese on sandwich bread, and turkey with spicy mustard on French bread, but I really, really love turkey and cheese with mayo. The question is, can I make this sandwich and freeze it safely and effectively? And, while I'm at it, will freezing work well for peanut butter and jelly and for peanut butter, honey, and cheese sandwiches? Thanks for any good responses!
