I like my alfredo with sauteed mushrooms. Maybe some baby shrimp. But the alfredo sauce has to be Classico Roasted Garlic. Of course, I add more garlic.

Chicken alfredo with broccoli and julienned red pepper. Homemade sauce is better than restaurant sauce. They rarely get it right (unless it is a really good restaurant, of course). But it is such a rich meal. I could not have it more than once a month, maybe. So delicious though.

The best alfredo sauce I've had has been with spinach and chicken over fettucini. Yum! I also like alfredo sauce plain just to dip some garlic breadsticks into...can't go wrong there :)
