Well im doing an speecha dn i was wondering if eating foods that are cooked , frozen , cooked healthy? and why or why not?

It is very unhealthy and dangerous to refreeze anything that has previously been frozen and defrosted. Do not do it!

No it is not good to eat foods that have been frozen and cooked several times 1 It will taste Bad2. It is not safe

In general, they are probably healthy in the sense that they would not make you sick. However, vegetables lose many of their nutrients in the cooking process, so re-cooking them several times would not only render them tasteless, but nutritionally void.

They're fine. Everytime you cook it you kill the bacteria in it, so it should be good to go...it probably won't TASTE as good, but it's safe.

no you can get sick from freezing and thawing and freezing and thawing.
