I want me and my girls to get out of the same routine cooking making and candy making this year. We of course will still do the cookies like always but I want to throw something new in this year! We want to make candy apples but don't know how to or what ingredients we need. Which ones are easier to make?

I am looking to get my wife some quality cookware which she has asked for. We are tired of using teflon pans which seem to scratch and flake, which scares me anyway. I am looking to spend between $300 - $500 for a complete set, so I want it to last a lifetime.

If you can speak from experience and tell me how long your set has lasted, that would be much appreciated.

Please provide name brand and a description of the the appearance and quality.

What kind of cheese if it's cheese toast?
What's on it if it's plain toast?
I'm a muenster or mature cheddar for cheese toast, and just butter for plain toast.

When I was a child I used to eat Sunday dinner with my Great grandparents, it was family thing. They used to make this stuff called blood pudding. They were straight off the boat from Ireland, I was wondering if anyone has heard about this food before or if I am remembering it wrong?

I can't decide between vodka and gin. I never really had a martini and i think im going to make one tomorrow. But which one tastes better and what is the difference? I have heard that it tastes like pure alcohol. What can you do to smooth the flavor?

It will be a turkey dinner, but I'm bound to forget something important, like Cranberry sauce, or pigs in blankets or something. So my shopping list will be:-
Turkey
Stuffing
Cranberry Sauce
Potatoes
Veg (X3)
Yorkies
Gravy
Custard (to go with xmas pud - already got this)
Cream
Ice Cream

This seems too easy, what have I forgotten?!?
