sturgeons always think they are better than everyone else, and demand more money. Well, they do in my hostpital, but then again I'm only a stecretary....

Actually Sturgeons' roe isn't black - its brown and very fishy. Personally being a pleb I don't like it. It is an "acquired taste"
The black stuff that you get in the supermarket is in fact lumpfish roe, and I do quite like it made up into h'ors d'ouvres.
I've seen red "caviar" in the supermarkets as well, but that was also lumpfish roe.

they are black and alot more tasty. other fish eggs are orange and very small they dont pop in youre mouth like sturgeon eggs

Haven't you noticed all those who think themselves posh and grand eat all kinds of rubbish. Snails is another thing , aarghh who wants to eat slimy snails, not me. Leave the rubbish for the Posh wants, they do it to fit in and not to look stupid. Those with brains and can think for themselves know what tastes good and what tastes bad:))))
