To help with weight loss, there are several things I can suggest to toss in with scrambled eggs. You can do a mixture of any of these, and they'll taste great! Tomatoes are good for the acid, in breaking down food quickly to aid your metabolism. Avocado is good for the healthy "good" fats that they contain, which aid in keeping your body at functioning capacity. Mushrooms, herbs, and onions are all good for making a dish more filling while keeping it healthy. But in reality--you can pretty much add almost anything. Bon appetite! Edit:@roula: This person should stay away from most breads, and any boiled meats will lose all of their nutrients in the cooking process. Anything freshly sliced from a fresh market or deli will be better than anything boiled, and replacing breads with naan or lettuce, or even meat will be a better choice.

Well, there is the classic scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, and buttermilk pancakes. Or you could put cheese, picante sauce or salsa on it and roll it up in a tortilla. Mmmm....

I make scrambled eggs using cream not milk. I serve it with grilled tomatoes, crispy bacon and hot toast.
