Is it supposed to be thick when it comes out of the can? like really thick, to the point it won't come out on its own and I have to scoop it out with a spoon. It almost seems like it's Jello.

I know I still have to add a cup of water to it, but is it supposed to be like that?

Am I completely out of my gord or is this something that happened maybe 2 years ago? And it isn't because cocoa is a drink and cacao is the plant, either. My whole life, chocolate was made from cocoa (co-co) beans that came from cocoa trees. All of a sudden this changed in like, i dunno, 2003? 2004? What happened?

I am taking a test on general cooking and sanitation procedures. Things like cooking prep items, clean ups, sanitation do's and dont's, are on the test. I searched the web but came back with about a million sites and very little help. Someone with a specific website would be a great help. Thank You.
