Yes. According to the FDA you have been cleared since the middle of October.
(It has always actually been ok, just not bagged spinach, and specifically Dole.)
However, all the spinach from all companies that could possibly recall fresh bags from contaminated farms are now recalled and destroyed, and any that was cut then would be bad by now.
So as long as the date on the bad is good, it is safe (as far as E. Coli goes) to eat spinach again. I would still wash mine personally.

actual your extra useful off ingesting clean spinach this isn't any longer from the bag! Bagged spinach and different vegetables can get bacteria while packaged. This has recently been found out. yet be effective to bathe it and dry formerly ingesting.

It's been ok for almost 2 months now. I just bought some from a local farmer and sauteed it with some garlic and olive oil yesterday. It was quite yummy!
