Snack: 2 small tangerines, cantaloupe smoothie
Dinner: 1 lobster tail and a baked potato, with everything on top, diet coke
and about 3 liters of water throughout the day.

woke up= had 1 cup coffee,w/ cream/sugar
breakfast= 1/2 cup orange juice, yogurt with blueberries and a spoon of raw oatmeal sprinkled on top
snack= 1 cucumber
lunch= mini submarine sandwich with haloumi cheese slices, cucumber, tomato, onions, olives, and low fat mayo
snack= 1 cup green tea with mint
another snack= 1 sliver of dark chocolate (the strong chocolate)
evening meal= chicken and mushroom casserolle, with tiny tossed salad. 2 glasses of water to drinkn
right before bed.. another cup of tea.. this time earl grey!
hmm? I think I did well...

carmel frap from starbucks
Beans and rice with a bit of white/sour cream sauce
one orange
organic peanut butter, apples and granola rolled up on a whole wheat tortilla
fruit salad
a small serving of some Indian dish that had cream of wheat, vegetables, raisins, legumes and nuts in it. Very yummy.
One small piece of leftover cheese pizza

an homemade cous-cous salad (with beans, tuna, sweetcorn, cucumber, peas, cherry tomatoes)
afternoon snack...
two mandarines with a tea
dinner...
oven baked rabbit with mixed vegs (new potatoes, mushrooms, augergine, cherry tomatoes) swallowed with a glass of red wine!!!

two glasses of tea some saurerkraut and kielbasa and white rice with diced tomatoes and a splash of soy sauce. this was breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner since i didn't want to do anything but sleep..........but it was gooooodddd...
