My husband has ulcerated colitis. He loves Beans and Ham but not the "problems" that come with it. I have been told some types of beans cause less gas than others. Any help would be appreciated

im having sleeping problems and yahoo health says-Avoid caffeine for eight hours before your desired bedtime. Your body doesn't store caffeine, but it does take many hours for it to eliminate the stimulant and its effects. so now im wondering what caffine im drinking before bedtime

I'm getting married in March & for the reception we have labels with our names & date for mini chocolate bars. I'm trying to get ahead so I was wondering how far in advance I can buy those & put the wrappers on? I'm going to have a million other things to do a few weeks ahead of time (of course), so if this is something I could do in the next couple weeks & just store them I'd like to. I'd love some insight though, it'd be pointless to do it now & end up with icky chocolate in March though.
