The FDA that monitors food safety says to throw out all leftovers after 3 days. My mom and I both kept food for up to a week and never had problems with people getting sick. I personally would throw it out after 7 days but like I said the FDA says 3 days so if you really want to play it safe and get technical then follow that. If you freeze leftovers they will stay good longer.

You should be able to keep them for about a week, but should not re-heat them, unless you really do it thoroughly. I should think that you could make a casserole or curry etc. so long as the meat it heated thoroughly during the process.
By the end of the week you will probably be fed up with cold turkey sandwiches, salads, cold ham and pickles and the like!
I know I am! I am just about down to the last couple of servings now, after having made a nice turkey chasseur yesterday! Now I can have a change for the weekend and defrost the beef! Good luck with your endeavours.

The ham will last a long longer than the turkey , people who don 't need it all at once should divide the ham and turkey ( uncooked) and freeze some for later .

no count if it relatively is frozen soild it relatively is going to be ok. It takes a million day for each 3 to 5 pounds to thaw interior the refrigerator. i'm assuming you're speaking approximately an uncooked turkey. besides. After it relatively is thawed it relatively is going to be good for yet another 3 to 5 days. you would be ok.

I would give it 7 days, if properly cooked and refridgerated.
The rule in food is "When in doubt, throw it out".
