pizza hut used to have a baked spaghetti

If you are in cleveland, head over to little italy. Best spaghetti you will find. Also Casa D' Angelos and Jimmy Dadanos is great as well.
Olive garden has take out.

Oh, fiddlesticks! And I was about to suggest that you fix some (either one is fairly simple), toss a salad, get some good garlic bread and invite a friend over to share it. Oh, well.....Can't help you if you don't want to cook because I've only been to Cleveland once.
