I'm going to give you a choice of 4, and I'll explain my reasoning beside each one. It depends on what, if anything, you're trying to achieve besides good taste. (1) "Total"--If you look at the label, it has almost every vitamin you could ever want and / or need. (2) "Product 19"- It is very similar to "Total" in the vitamin department, and high in fiber--an essential ingredient for proper body "waste removal". (3) "Cherios"--If you want to help protect your heart AND lower your cholesterol, this is great; the taste is good. (4) "Frosted Shredded Wheat"--This is an excellent source of protein and fiber. If you can tolerate plain "Shredded Wheat", that's even better--you've lowered the sugar count that is naturally in almost all cereal, although it may not be coated, that much more. I've found that regular "Shredded Wheat" tastes a little flat and requires sugar, 3 packages of Equal, for me. Also, I would recommend the "bite size" in this brand because it's easier to handle. The company that makes "Shredded Wheat" makes a version that has one whole portion (like a little small "loaf" of wheat). I'm not a lazy person. I don't know about you, but if I'm going to have to take a spoon and cut my cereal apart before I can eat it I don't want it.

hi, My answer for insomnia, with the aid of fact I even have the comparable situation with Ambien, and each so often even Sonata (that's purely meant to be sturdy for 2-3 hours) is this: 30 minutes in the previous bedtime: a million/2 cup - a million cup of milk (total is maximum suitable with the aid of fat) microwave till rather warmer than heat, yet nonetheless quite drinkable. upload a pair of a million/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (relies upon on your flavor) and a few honey or somewhat sugar or agave (facilitates with the bitter of the vanilla extract). drink slowly and think of chuffed innovations. NO television! video games, laptop, pda, iPhone, artwork etc... half-hour in the previous mattress. and keep your mattress room for 2 issues: slumbering and making love. that is going to help his physique to appreciate that as quickly as he gets in mattress it quite is time for slumbering, no longer for gazing television, or analyzing the newspaper etc... in case you attempt to circumvent breads, by the way, you will desire to do away with the pasta and the potatoes. attempt yams or candy potatoes, yet in basic terms each so often, and brown rice, quinoa or different total grains for all time. candy targets!
