My wife bought some salmon on Tuesday from Wal-Mart grocery store, and I just cooked it up for dinner and it was rotten, when I opened it I was skeptical because it smelled bad, but I figured I'd cook it and try it one bite was all I needed to confirm it was bad. So my question is should I just throw it out and not worry about it or try and return it for a refund? It was $10.54 not a lot but it just makes me mad they would sale bad fish.

My club at school is going to have a booth at a parade downtown. It will be cold (in november) and its basically a getting-ready-for-the-chirstmas-season parade. We need ideas for something easy to sell their; food-wise. Last year we have sausage sandwiches, but we want something that would attract more people. We need to be able to make it their, or have it prepared, but keep outside. There are outlets, so we can plug in appliances and what-not. Please, if you have ANY ideas, let me know!

And it has to be fairly inexpensive! :)

food is really expensive and the healthier food is usually even more pricey

So, instead of unhealthy ramen noodles, microwave dinners and pizza.

what are some things that I can purchase that would be both health conscious and wallet friendly picks
