even when im full, and just had dinner or something, i still want to eat. i cant stop it seems like! what can i do 2 make myself stop eating as much as i do?

Go to your doctor for a check up to make sure there is not a problem. It could be just stress. Instead of eating more drink water. It will make you full.

Ice chips, frozen grapes, a couple glasses of water... I feel the same way sometimes, usualy these things help... Either that or I find what it is I'm craving and have it... I hate peanut butter, but sometimes when my body needs protein I crave it. Listen to what your body is telling you and rememeber --- eat slowly, it takes 10-15 minutes for your body to register that it is "full."

More then likly you are missing some sort of vitamen from your diet. You should probably take a vitaman every day, adn see a doctor. If that is not the problem then you need to see a doctor

Make a commitment to yourself that everytime you go to eat when you're not really hungry, that you have to walk around the block, do sit-ups, or something else along those lines.

Try taking an herbal appetite suppressant like Hoodia.

You can try to keep your mind off of food and keeping yourself busy like dealing with issues and things like that. Its all about control. Everyone is compulsive eater its just that some control themselves more than others.

It`s a state of mind, go brush your teeth than find something to occupy yourself with, to keep your mind off food.
