I have honestly never, ever heard of smooth salsa. I've ALWAYS had chunky salsa, and I don't think I could stomach smooth salsa.

I love chunky salsa it's such a mouth watering taste with the tomato sauce and the veggies and it's also good with melted hot cheese and tortilla chips in fact I am going to go make me some now peace

To me, salsa is always smooth... The chucky stuff is pico de gallo, which i make fresh. As to which is better, it depends... If it is at home with chips, pico (chunky)... At a restaurant or in Mexico, salsa (smooth).

Depends on the flavor, whats in it and how you use it. Just with chips as a dip, chunky! In a recipe, smooth :)

Chunky is better. The scoop tortia chips are best with eating salsa too. :)
