BLOOD SAUCE
Blood may b used as a delicious thickening 4 sauce served with light meat. 2 the blood, add the liver, which has been crushed 2 a paste. Pour the mixture gradually in2 the sauce, stiring constantly.
This is an old Vampire recipe n has been handed down from wing 2 wing through generations. 4 a realy dramatic effect, top with brandy n set fire to the house as u serves.

I would, he may come off as a total jerk on televison, but, he has very high standards for food preparation and service in his restaurant.
