Depending on the size. The Backed potato is actually spelled baked potatoe. With an E at the end.

the potatoe isn't many callories, but if you add all the toppings like bacon bits, butter, sour cream, cheese, ect, it will be very fattening.
yum, made me hungry. I'm gonna go get myself a backed potato!!!

i'm pretty sure 1 potato is 100 calories, not sure what the sour cream is.
