this past week i have tried a new bread for my sandwiches that ive never had before. its like a sesame seed bread, packed with nuts, seeds etc. I usually only have white bread. However since bout wednesday my stomach has felt bit weird. it feels like bloated and irritated. my appetite feels low.It just dont feel right! has it anything to do with this type of bread? I cant think of anything else?

That whole "four pints of vegetable oil" thing has spawned a full on crisp addiction for me. Perhaps even enough to kick my chocolate habits? But whats your faviorute - crisps or chocolate?

You can buy all kinds of nuts in the shells or without (in the U.S.) But why are cashews not sold in the shells; they do have shells like any other kind of nut.

Why can't I find them find them in shells, even in an imports stores?

As in, the contents of the tin emptied out onto a plate with a sprig of parsley? Can't they come up with something more imaginative?

They do make me laugh though. The other day I saw a tin of tongue and the tongue was just sliced up and hovering in thin air, with "serving suggestion" underneath it!!! How do you make tongue float?

Lets start a campaign for "real serving suggestions"! -or just do away with them altogether -I do have a mind of my own you know!

If I'm right then rain clouds are made up of water that has (during the scientific weather process which name escapes me) come from the sea.

Are the values calculated as it is (raw) or are they referring to the cooked product? For example with ground meat If it says it has 280 calories per 1/4 lb is that cooked or a raw weight? How would you calculate it for cooked? When you drain ground meat a lot of fat goes away as do calories I am assuming. I count calories and this one makes me wonder. any help is appreciated.

I don't want to hear just salt and pepper - I'm used to strong tatses (African background) i've had it on restaurants here in London but it was quite bland. Had it in Portugal recently and it was gorgeous because of the peri peri seasoning I assume. Any suggestions much appreciated!
