a bagel does not have very much nutrition in it. it is okay for breakfast but i would suggest u have a piece of fruit or something with it.

It depends on what type of bagle and also who made it. Some of them hardly have any and some of them have a decent amount. Look at the bag it came in but if you grab it at a donut shop or something like that it has the same amount that if you bought a package of plain bagles unless you bought a whole wheat one or some other special one.

A plain bagel is usually low in fat, but high in carbohydrates. Some bagels can have 300-400 calories - without anything on them.
