Stay away from soda, flour, sweets and carbohydrates...eat a variety of fruits and vegetables (no spinach). and eat steak only once a week. Eat fish, turkey, and chicken baked, broiled or grilled. Nothing fried. Either in a sauce, baked or vapor. Drink natural water and stay away from coffee and tea.
Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner normally...Don't skip meals and don't eat past 6pm at night. After dinner, if u can take a nice, brisk walk around the block this will help your digestion.
You can eat eggs but not fried or dipped in butter. Scrambled with tomatoe or other vegetables is good. Instead of eating bread, try corn tortilla. Its better for u.
Also boiled eggs is ok.
Fiber is also important in your diet in order for your intestines to function properly. For this reason its important to eat fruits and vegetables.
Do this for about a month and honestly, don't cheat yourself. Believe me, you will see the results. I have 2 children, 1 by cesarean and I am not overweight. I have had the same diet for years. I am 35, I weigh 58 kilos and my height is 165cms. So if I can do it, u can too! Good luck!

Um not to be mean for anything but why is everyone saying this guy is thin? He is 92 pounds overweight. 187 cm = 74 inches (6'2") 130 kg = 286 pounds Maximum ideal weight is 194 pounds. Simply put - eat less, exercise more. But don't feel the need to totally restrict yourself. Everything in balance is the best way to try to lose weight. You should probably start with something like walking or very light jogging because you are so overweight and you don't want to hurt yourself or anything (I am guessing you are in pretty bad shape). Combined with eating healthier, you should find that you lose weight fairly easily if you don't have a medical condition or anything.
