My son will not eat lunch meat or pb&j. Also, he eats so late in the day that hot meals, even in a thermos, get cold. He loves tuna, but I can only pack once a week (mercury). We also do yogurt, but even the organic is loaded with sugar. Sometimes I will do almonds and other nuts. Obviously we do lots of fruit, but I need ideas for good sources of protein. He also hates cheese!! See my dilemma?? Any ideas?

Why can't kids just eat their fill of good sugary candy at Halloween? Damn all the healthy treats that those soccer moms want them to eat!

I find many references all over the web that say that bitter almonds are "illegal" in the US. However, I can't find the actual law or regulation that makes them illegal. The closest I've come is an FDA regulation that lists bitter almond oil with the prussic acid removed as "generally recognized as safe". Can someone help me find the actual laws or regulations that specify that bitter almonds are illegal in the US?

I really like Twix (Choclate Bar). And would really love it if they brought out a chunky version. Like the Kitkat chunky.

It is almost as though it is not digesting or something. For hours (not exxagerating) after I eat something with garlic in it, I will be burping up garlic. (or gas, I suppose). Please inform. Thank you
