All fresh food is good for you - meat, fish, veg, fruit, grains, the only thing bad for you is the processing we do to them.
Eat fresh untampered food.

The healthy foods usually cost more, it is sad they are always the ones with the problems. Try buying from farmers at markets. The ones that don't use chemicals on their plants. Or just make sure you cook everything thoroughly, so that way you can avoid getting sick. I know it is harder to prepare meals these days. But eating fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, and fish and chicken are better for you to eat, then junk food. Just stay a good shopper like I see you are, and don't worry to much, no one right now is perfect and will live forever. Enjoy all the varieties of food that God made for us.

The real solution is that everything is perfectly safe in moderation. It's if you have burger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that you start to have problems.
Common sense is the one thing missing in all this debate, but of course, common sense stories don't sell newspapers or get on tv.

It's awful that we have to worry about everything that we eat! I try to stick with the organic produce-and very little meat.
