Any meats that still were partially frozen can be refreezed.Anything that thawed completly can be refriderated in the coldest part of fridge for a few days. Otherwise cook the defrosted meats and then freeze them. I worked as a cook in hospital so I know. Chicken thawed can be set in a plastic bin covered with ice cubes and stored in fridge for up to a week. Change the melted ice as needed. Wash first.

If everything is still as cold as it would have been in the refrigerator, then it would be no different than if you had intentionally thawed it. You would have three options, you can either refreeze it (it may get freezer-burned), put it in the fridge and eat it in the near future, or cook/reheat it and eat it now. If it got up to near room temperature for even a few hours, bacteria have probably started to grow and I would personally toss it. Go through the freezer item-by-item to see what is still safe. Toss anything you are unsure about. Better to lose a few things than to risk your health. Hopefully there was nothing exotic in there!

Have a party.. invite your friends ;)
They're too good to throw.. anyway, you gotta defrost before you cook first, right ?
You won't get food poisoning because it's only overnight.

Have an indoor barbecue and invite all you friend round. If your other alterative is to throw it all away, you'd be better off having a good time out of it.
You must eat it today, though, or they might not be your friends much longer!!

Eat it ASAP or cook the rest and deep freeze it again.
Prepare meals from it :freeze them:no worries then.
I use frozen mince for preparing food that i freeze again all the time:never had one form of food poisoning.Good luck with the cooking.Robbie.

It needs to be cooked before refreezing especially chicken stuff. Make lots of meals and all you have to do is bring out and reheat saves time later on.

For health reasons you should destory everything in there. Check you house insurance you may be covered for this under accidental or sometimes there's an extra clause in there regarding freezers
