There used to be hot air poppers that didn't use oil. They should still be around, but I haven't seen one. Then you can use butter by spraying it on lightly, or not at all...

Just buy regular popping corn and air pop it in a machine or in a special container in microwave. As is, it is very healthy. Then, add on the evil toppings....

you can get popcorn that you microwave that is light on fats.Its called light
