well, anything in excess can be bad. Drinking regular coffee in great quantities puts a lot of caffeine into your system. It can make your heart beat faster. Which can then cause your blood pressure to go up. Also my neighbor, used to drink the equivalent of 10 pots of coffee a day, not including the espressos and cappocinos. from the coffee shop he owned. Right now he is in a hospital, because his stomach burst open.
So drink in moderation.
However, I have always found that coffee helps ease the pain of a migraine. Caffeine helps brain blood vessels feel relived. Also (for men) coffee is good for the prostrate. Also as a diaretic, helps to clean out the kidneys.
But remember, must be done in moderation. Anything in excess can be bad.

There have been new studies touted lately on TV and radio that coffee (one cup) is good for you. It is the same propaganda about one glass of wine will stop heart attacks. Read the studies and see what you think. Coffee contains caffeine which reduces me to a shaky mess after more than one cop and one cup after seven oclock at night can give me insomnia for the evening. Bit I like to morning charge that it gives me when I have to be awake fast. Go do a search for studies on coffee because you will get hits. It is the latest news on something that is bad for you being good for you.

Did you watch an episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show about the goodness of coffee? If you watched it, then you will know how good coffee is to us especially for our digestive system.
It also could lower your risk of diabetes, Parkinson's disease as well as Alzheimers & colon cancer, could lift & boost your mood and treat headaches & could lower your risk of cavities & can cut nearly half the risk of gallstones.
There's also some evidence that coffee may help manage asthma and even control attacks when medication is unavailable.
Coffee may also counteract alcohol’s poisonous effects on the liver and help prevent cirrhosis...
So what are you waiting for? Go to the nearest Starbucks now & get your coffee... ;-)

O yes. It gives you a sense of well-being, of course if you don't overdo it. This sense of well-being will be translated in the brains by chemicals which are immediately produced, contributing to a healthier you.
