I lost 6 pounds in about a week and a half. A very strict diet indeed. If I'm hungry at night, I just go to sleep. :) And when I get up in the morning, I have a light breakfast.

I've been also exercising about 5-6 times a week for 1 hour each time. If, today, I have General Tsao Chicken, Pork Fried Rice and Egg rolls, will I become fat again? Will my skin become uneven because of this meal? It's just soooo tempting :-) Help me out!

In England, people do not generally die from eating wild foods, more likely to be run over by cars on the way to the supermarket.
We have a handful of deadly fungi (you are going to die but not quite yet, or you will need a new kidney and other bits). A few plant roots, but nobody gets that hungry.
