Mexican - I love to cook Mexican food. The spices and cheese, wonderful cheese on everything! Although I love Italian and Chinese.

Mexican - chicharron - I really like this food, especially when I'm drinking cervesa. I also like tacos and tortillas with all the things inside it.

Thai - Tom Yum Goong, Green chicken curry, I love most of their food.

Chinese - Butter Prawn, Bah kuh teh, Chee cheong Fan, Tau Yu Bak, Hokkien Mee -with lots of lard, Hainanese Chicken Rice - delicious and healthy, Nga Po Pan, Char Kway Teow, Wantan Mee, Wu Tau Gou, Yong Tau Foo - I really love Chinese food.

Italian - Alfredo Fettuccini

French - Escargot

Soooooo difficult to choose from.
If there are more than 4 people, Chinese food is best, because you can order more dishes.
If there are only couples, Italian and French cusine is appropriate.
Mexican food is tasty and casual. Makes me think of the beach.
