I first tried this really, thin type of noodle at a sushi place - they used it as a part of a salad, with a vinegar dressing & it was pretty good. Does anyone know of any fairly simple & tasty recipes that features this ingredient? We bought some a long time ago intending to use it, and it's been sitting in our cupboard ever since...I want to use it up!

I had the most delicious vegetarian sandwich at a cafe today. It was called 'veganini panini.' I am curious of the origin of this type of sandwich. What type of cuisine is it?

Today is my boyfriend's birthday. Our friend was going to ask his mom to cook some awesome kurdish food for us but he got mad at his mom and now he won't even speak to her. I have decided to make kabobs but I need a quick seasoning recipie to put on it so I can cook it right away tonight. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Need to know if there is anything to put in my homeaid spagetti sauce. I am going to freeze a bunch of it but it has a burnt taste in it because the bottom of the pan was burnt? Maybe nothing will work but I just though I would ask.

Thank you,

I have a recipe requiring these items and I live in a medium size, midwest town with only a Kroeger Supermarket. The ethnic foods isle does not have anything to offer along those lines. I would also like to purchase a product called Royco seasoning cubes. Is there a easy to navigate site that is dependable which would carry these items? Thanks for your help!

I smelt some frozen durian in a chinatown store. The smell was so vile but does it taste better than it smells. I cannot understand why some people do like it going on by smell?

Currently I use the ‘Karahi/Fry Gosht Curry Mix’ by Shan for my curries but it’s quite sour. There are plenty of other curry powders but I haven’t a clue what’s good. I really need it to be an all purpose curry powder.
