Plese I need to know----
1.Where can vineyards be found?
2.How is wine made?
3.Is there any specific festival/fiesta associated with wines?
4.What sort of work is done by the manager of a vineyard?
5.What do the workers do on the vineyards?

I would like to make something that most people would enjoy. Preferably using vodka or tequilla. Also, something easy. I plan on making around 150-200 shots. Any ideas? Please be specific.

I put Welch's white grape juice, some yeast, and sugar in a container and covered it with a balloon, and I was deinflating when necessary. Now, 3 weeks later, it has stopped bubbling and balloon is no longer inflating with air. What are the best conditions to age the wine in? I have no airlocks, only balloons and the bottle cap. How long will the aging take? thanks so much.
