ALL man made sugar substitutes are VERY bad for you and are toxic.
Especially Splenda (check Splenda/Toxic or Toxins online.)
Organic raw sugar is good for you to use or best yet, go to the health food store and buy 'Fructose", it is natural sweetener from fruit. It comes in refined powdered form, just like white sugar.
Also , you should consider your salt. You need to buy Sea Salt, table salt does not have the necessary minerals in there. They are taken out when they make it. The health food store will have sea salt also. They are both VERY inexpensive.
Good luck

Sweet & Low, Equal, and Splenda are NOT as bad for you as a lot of people seem to think. They get all this false info from the internet and run away with it. I have had many doctors tell me that these are safe. I prefer Splenda myself because you can bake with it and have better results than using Equal. When someone is a diabetic they can't use regular sugar. Diabetes runs on both sides of my family and no one on either side that has used the artificial sweeteners has gotten cancer or any other illness, nor has anyone in my diabetes support group ever had a problem with any of them.

Sweet n Low is not sugar, it is saccharin which is a sugar substitute. In the late 70's it was shown to cause cancer (when mice were exposed to tremendously high quantities of it). Over indulgence in anything is bad - drink too much water and you can drown yourself - yet water is good for you.

You need to look to see what the sweetener in sweet'n low is. Aspartame is very bad for you. Sugar is good for you if you limit it to about 3 tblespoons per day.

There is no such thing as dangerous sugar, it's good for you in moderation.
